Great local private 24hr gym. Well maintained, respectful clients & staff, never too crowded and pleasant environment overall. Has sufficient equipment for most forms of training. Edit: three years later, still going! it's still a great place to workout
Marcus is an awesome guy who is extremely helpful and knowledgeable about his gym! Great atmosphere and great equipment that is all clean and works properly. I swear I meet a new friendly face everytime I step into this gym!
