I've been a member at R2 Total Fitness for about a year and a half, and in that time I've made excellent progress toward my health goals thanks to the personal training with Marcus. The gym itself is fantastic — clean, well-equipped, and never overcrowded. There's a great variety of equipment, including free weights, cable machines, Smith machine, squat racks, and muscle-specific machines. Very clean, equipment is in great shape.
From the very first day I came in and signed up, R2 Total Fitness has been rock solid. The staff are courteous and the gym is always clean and the equipment works and is kept in top notch condition. There's space for people to store their gear and two bathrooms equipped with full showers. I'm into strength training, cardio, and mobility training and I'm able to do all three here.
