I've been a member at R2 Total Fitness for about a year and a half, and in that time I've made excellent progress toward my health goals thanks to the personal training with Marcus. The gym itself is fantastic — clean, well-equipped, and never overcrowded. There's a great variety of equipment, including free weights, cable machines, Smith machine, squat racks, and muscle-specific machines.
