I brought my ’86 C30 to R2 Motorsports for some basic carburetor tuning and installation of a high idle solenoid for the A/C. While the work was completed, I was charged over $1,100, including $750 just for basic carb/timing adjustments that most shops do for a fraction of that cost. There was no carb rebuild, no deep diagnostics, no wideband tuning—just standard idle mixture, pump shot, and timing adjustments. Leroy and team did an awesome job reworking and upgrading the fuel system on my 64' vette. I've tried a few shops around town over the past few years, but I will definitely only bring my classic cars to R2 from now on. I highly recommend them!
R2 is the only place I trust to work on my Vette. I’ve tried others and have always been disappointed. Leroy and his team are incredibly knowledgeable and fair and take the time to explain what they find and what my options are and give me an idea on the cost of the repair. Outstanding craftsmanship and great guys to work with!
