I typically need to make multiple calls to get lab results, medicine, etc. I certainly would not recommend them but they do eventually get you what you’re supposed to receive. I do think the Dr does a solid job with his advice, etc. - it’s the details and follow up they seem to struggle with.
After hearing great things about the staff I finally decided I should check my hormone levels and went to the Aurora location. Everything was quick, painless and explained in simple terms for me by Tram who was able to do draw blood from my crooked veins without a second thought. Highly recommend.

Actual Client, I am in my late 40s and noticed a difference in my energy right away. Dr. Natkin and his staff are great to work with. What impressed me is that there is so much one on one treatment that is specifically made for you and your body.
If there is one thing I appreciate is a business that will own their mistakes. My wife and I had a few hiccups with an appointment or two as we first transitioned over to R2. That being said, Dr. N made a personal phone call to me to listen to our problems and ensure they were addressed. Within 48 hours of our complain both him and his staff had a solution and things moving in the right direction. I appreciate not only their attention to our health but our time and stress that health can bring. Recommend 5/5 all day!
