During the walk through stage they seemed knowledgeable and experienced so we hired them. After that it was like a different company showed up…. They were full of excuses and broken promises on a daily basis when they decided to show up…. They are unorganized and have terrible management skills. Here we are 18 weeks later and they still aren’t done. Terrible communication ! I definitely would not recommend hiring them.

We had a mysterious electrical issue that caused dead outlets in our bathrooms, family room and a couple of other outlets. We had another electrical company come out a few weeks ago, thought the issue was resolved, but the outlets went dead shortly after they left. It took 2 weeks to get an appointment for Ron to come out from R2 Electric to do a diagnosis, but it was well worth the wait! I wasn’t aware of the dangerous electrical system my dryer put my home in until my dryer vent cleaning company told me. He unplugged it and advised me to contact an electrician before using it again. On the recommendation of MANY others here at my Millcreek community, I called R2 Electric . I’m in a situation that makes getting to a laundromat difficult and an appointment was made as urgently as possible. The electrician and his apprentice were professional and got the job done well! Thank you R2 Electric!!
