Due to the height of our house, not many vendors are comfortable working on the roof top. That’s how we started our relationship with R12. Tim has provided us gutters and windows cleaning services a few years now. He is very courteous, a trustworthy professional, always provides quality job. His charges are also very reasonable. If you ever need similar type of service, I would highly recommend you to contact R12, you would not be disappointed.

I've lived in the house for 8 years and the gutters have never been cleaned. After Tim cleaned them out I'm looking forward to a winter without the gutters overflowing from too much gunk. He also cleaned the transom windows and they look great! Thanks Tim!
