I had a terrible experience with R & Y McLean Appliance Repair. My electric range burner was not working, so I called them to send a technician. Despite clearly mentioning my GE model over the phone, the technician arrived without the necessary part. He then informed me that he would have to order the part, which cost about $290 plus labor.
