I bought a rotating book rack less than 3 years ago. It's never been more than 3/4 full, never been at full capacity. It broke at the base and tipped over. Thank goodness a child wasn't turning it when it broke. I tried for a week to contact them through their customer service. No one ever answered or returned my messages.
