A few months ago, Robert called to look at a loose roof tile. When he inspected it, he discovered a nest of baby pigeons. The tile couldn't be cemented in until the pigeons had left. Robert wouldn't even take the call-out fee and said to call him back in September. This was done last week and Robert called within a couple of days, made sure the nest was empty and replaced the tile. He also removed and cleaned all the ridge tiles and reset them.
