I have several pieces from R. Weiss and am very impressed with them all. Recently, I had a Cartier love cuff fixed by another jeweler that totally botched the bracelet. R. Weiss not only fixed it the right way, but charged me half! They give detailed estimates for repair estimates or new pieces and will work with you to find whatever maybe be on your wish list! 5 stars all around
R. Weiss helped me with a resizing. They attended to me as soon as I walked in, and were warm, pleasant, and did great work. Highly recommended.
Had a great experience here getting a (new to me) watch sized. Fits like a glove. In and out in 10 minutes for a good price. Everyone was super nice and helpful.
