My 80 year old mother was looking for somebody to put in central air for her. This person was recommended highly by someone that we knew so we immediately called him back in June here we are in November and he still has not returned one call to her. Been dealing with Rick for years and the service is always great. I'm a big fan of honesty and quality work and that's what he provides. He's made several repairs to my old and inefficient heat pump throughout the years and instead of trying to hard sell me on a new unit he simply explained why I need to start budgeting for a replacement.
