Be aware... if you call and request an evaluation of a problem and and estimate of cost for repairs, you will be charged $59 plus tax for a service call. If for any reason you don't accept the estimate or are not able to allow the work to be done at that time, you'll be charged for an additional service call when/if the work is done. We had a major leak and our regular plumbing couldn't make it until later in the day. We called RW and they were able to fit us in much sooner. They did such a good job and were there for me so I will be calling them next time I have any plumbing problems.
I have used them a few times in the last few months for different things. The service is reliable and they arrive when scheduled. The worker are professional and courteous at all times and were never shy about answering questions. I like the work they do and would have no problem hiring them again.
