Left carpets a mess. Photos of what I vacuumed from one room the following day. In response to your response never was it explained that you were not going to clean within 2 inches of baseboards or what your “actual” process was. You were aware that my husband is terminally ill. They did an amazing job. I just purchased a home that had animals living here and it was not fit for me to bring little kids in. They came in short notice z was professional and pleasant. They did such an amazing job that I couldn't belive how white my carpet looked the smell of the home was different, it was fresh. I can honestly say this will be the only company cleaning my carpets and I will be telling everyone to use there services. Nothing but the best job done.
My husband and I are extremely satisfied with the service we received today. I was on the verge of replacing the carpet but started following this company for about six months. I called got an appointment right away. They explained the whole process to me before and how to maintain afterwards. I have already referred someone else and plan on using the maintenance schedule. R&W came out and did great service! Cleaned all my carpets in the house and really rejuvenated them!
I love that my townhouse looked better after they left than it did when they arrived! Answered all my questions and gave suggestions on what to look for. I would highly recommend!!
