I was very disappointed in the installation job performed by RW (or their subcontractor). It was a cork floor, made up of tiles that need to be placed such that the shades mix up instead of forming a discernible pattern. In fact, the boxes the tiles come in say this in BIG BOLD LETTERS. But the installers ignored these guidelines, and the floor looks horrible. The installer bullied my wife into signing off on the installation, saying he was "all booked up" and "didn't know when he could come back and fix it." I'll never set ... read more
