Very professional Mortuary
This is the worse experience Ive had with a funeral home.This is my review for the funeral home on ******** This funeral home is an complete rip off and has no respect for our deceased love ones, they are very unprofessional, they are thieves, they forge signatures, and will try to charge you for services they did not render. So while viewing my mom, it smelled so bad we had to keep leaving the room. We couldn't even view her the way we wanted because we were nauseous. Then they had a big dirty foot right by my moms head. 2 other dead bodies was in the room with her and they smelled rotten. They presented my mom to us in a filthy room. They put a Kroger bag over the top of my mom head . They asked before hand if we wanted our mom belongings, we said yes. RecommendedThis funeral home has a wonderful staff and they go out their way to make sure that you have a good experience. Their goal is to please the family. May god bless them and the families they serve.
I am not sure if they had anything to do with the church service but they were there (the ppl from RE Andrews) but they did not social distance us at the church but once we go to the burial site one of the representatives of A W Andrews threaten us concerning calling the police & sheriffs on us. We were the same ppl from the church that no representative bothered social distancing!! This was very upsetting for the threats being made at such a grieving time.
