Brought our husky Bear in on Saturday (Easter Weekend) 20 minutes before they were closing as he swallowed a slice of hot dog on a fish hook attached to a fishing pole. Dr. Travis and staff did an X-ray and luckily the hook was in his stomach and not stuck in his esophagus or somewhere else. Dr. Travis laid out options and Bear had surgery to remove it immediately. Great place of buisness! They helped me budget and get the medicine I needed when I couldn’t afford it! My dog has parvo so it is a very deadily desiese and I am more than thankful they could help me and my dog!
We had an emergency visit after our dog had a seizure. When I called, the woman who I spoke with was very calm and kind and told me to bring her on in. Once we arrived we were brought right back to a room where Dr Hehn evaluated our dog. He was compassionate and informative and just so caring. It was a huge relief and we are so grateful for the advice he gave us. This would absolutely be our full time vet if we lived at the lake. We are lucky to have found such a great place for emergencies when we are here.
