We used RV Sales 101 for service of our Travel Trailer for 2 years during the warranty period. The service experience was in general the worst I've ever had for any vehicle repair, much less an RV. Just this past month is an example, but it was typical of each of the 4 to 5 repair visits. We left our unit there for over 3 weeks, to fix one electrical problem; namely the batteries would not charge when connected to our vehicle.
