Jim and Perry did a build out on my sprinter. It was partially completed and I had ordered all the parts, so I wasn't the easiest customer. All the work they did and time they took too communicate with me while working on it was above and beyond. They also turned it around quickly since I had a big trip planned with it. I'd recommend them to any body looking for custom RV work.
We recently had RV Outfitters perform extensive renovations to our 19-year-old motorhome and couldn’t be more thrilled. The quality of workmanship is beyond reproach. The scope of work included new flooring (in our case a major undertaking), upgraded faucets, custom bedroom cabinetry for extra storage, a larger TV with surround sound, and multiple odds and ends repairs. You literally could not find a better place to get RV work taken care of. Their work is pristine, they problem solve the craziest issues, and they’re incredibly efficient so their cost is great. RV Outfitters in Bend did an outstanding job on an interior remodel of our motorhome (2017 Dynamax DX3). We especially appreciated all of their attention to detail-helping us find the higher end replacement furniture, upholstery and carpeting. Installation was meticulous and timely. Our RV was stored inside their shop and Jim communicated with us, including with video, throughout the 2 weeks required for the job.
