Our slide motor died while on a camping trip..rv medic came the same day I called to diagnose and got the parts ordered! 1 week and the work was complete! He even went to the campsite! Had great communication!
My Casita Spirit Travel Trailer’s A/C unit stopped working and smelled of burnt electrical wires. I called At 7:30 am and he returned my call by 8:00. Came right to the campsite and had us up and running by 9:30. Great service, very nice and knowledgeable man with reasonable rates. I highly recommend this business!

Last week our bedroom slide failed on our 2016 Allegro Open Road 32SA. One motor locked up and the torque rods dropped which is not a good situation. We contacted the RV Medic and he showed up quickly knowing we were scheduled to leave soon. He quickly diagnosed the problem, ordered a new motor and fixed the slides.
