Today my neighbors power converter died in his RV. His refrigerator, A/C, and water heater all stopped working. RV Medic helped diagnose the issue over the phone and even had the needed part in stock. We made a two hour round trip to his shop to pick up the part and he offered to waive his fee for a site visit the following day if the part didn’t work. This is great service folks! Him and his Wife were both very kind, highly recommend!!👌

We were so fortunate to see the RV Medic van in a campground working on someone else’s rig. I called the number that was I able to snap a photo of as the van drove into the campground. I was pleasantly surprised that not only did Ray answer but was able to stop by and assess our 2 rear slideouts situation. The husband & wife team were awesome to work with. Our slide motor died while on a camping trip..rv medic came the same day I called to diagnose and got the parts ordered! 1 week and the work was complete! He even went to the campsite! Had great communication!

My Casita Spirit Travel Trailer’s A/C unit stopped working and smelled of burnt electrical wires. I called At 7:30 am and he returned my call by 8:00. Came right to the campsite and had us up and running by 9:30. Great service, very nice and knowledgeable man with reasonable rates. I highly recommend this business!

Thank you so much for the quick fix. We went from a bad spot in our floor to a solid floor. Very thankful we caught it and got it repaired. Very dependable, trustworthy and great work.
