Last week our bedroom slide failed on our 2016 Allegro Open Road 32SA. One motor locked up and the torque rods dropped which is not a good situation. We contacted the RV Medic and he showed up quickly knowing we were scheduled to leave soon. He quickly diagnosed the problem, ordered a new motor and fixed the slides. Totally professional job done well and at a very reasonable price. If you need RV work done I highly recommend the RV Medic! Thanks Ray!
If you are looking for a professional, and courteous RV mechanic that does exceptional work at a great price Ray is the man to use. Ray stopped on a Sunday to look at our camper and gave the all good and a Happy Camping!! Such a relief to know there are still good business folks out there.
Awesome business to deal with!!! He has done work for me in the past and did an awesome job. Texted him at 8pm explaining I did not expect a reply until morning. I figured out my issue a few minutes later, and texted him back to say sorry for bothering him. He then made a few recommendations to avoid future problems. I thanked him and said I hope I could return the favor / kindness someday! His reply was “Return the favor by having a great camping season. “ Class act!!
