Hi, Purchased a Pro RV Couger Caravan from Joe & the Team at Nelson RV, at the Christchurch NZMCA Caravan Show, Joe & Steve were so helpful. Really good to deal with.We collected the Van from the Nelson Yard, & had a good ripen thru with Steve. his attention to detail was amazing.. Quick and efficient great service
I rang for some help with my caravan awning, as the radio advertisements say this is the place for caravan sales and repairs I figured they could help. I got a Joe on the phone, he really wasn't interested in helping me, just suggested I try somewhere else. I get it if they only want to service what they sell, but there's not much point in advertising otherwise.
I purchased a motorhome from Nelson RV in April, and am very happy with both the vehicle and the service and support from Joe and his team. Joe took me seriously through the "tyre-kicking" period and post-purchase has been great support in answering my many questions. I can highly recommend Joe and his team at Nelson RV.
