I was so surprised to see Kyle (a former student and baseball player) when I was greeted as I walked in. Kyle and his team were SUPER in helping to repair my trailer and communicate with the insurance company and myself. The service was outstanding and I was happy to give the business to a local shop, especially since I was acquainted with the family. For 4 generations the family has run this business. Highly recommend. AND THANK YOU TO ALL AT RV EXPRESS!!
I had a propane issue, they diagnosed and fixed it quickly. Fair cost and good work.
As I was passing through Visalia, I had a minor issue with my gray water valves on my RV. I stopped by on a Friday morning with no appointment and they were able to take care of it while I waited. Great customer service.
