Terrible in following up and returning calls. Had this issue on more than one occasion
RV electric serviced our new construction home with Keystone and they did a pretty bad job overall with setting up the breaker circuit causing frequent trips. My neighbors in the community have had a variety of problems with their light and fan switches set up incorrect. Worst part it their customer service. Lady who answers the phone is very rude. Be prepared to wait for weeks to get a service appointment scheduled!
RV Electric is the contractor for my new build with Keystone. They do great work! Jeremy and Matt were excellent. They're professional, efficient, and did a high-quality installation on my dream home. I plan to hire RV Electric again whenever I get my basement finished. Thank you.
