Two years ago we took our motorhome to RV doctor to have our unit’s cord upgraded to 50 amp and a transfer switch added. We have had so many electrical problems since then. We recently found out from a reputable repair service that our EMS system and wire gauges were not upgraded like they should have been. Brought my camper before Christmas 2018 for a opdometer cable that needed to be replace. 2 months went by with no communication from them i am the one that always called upon them . After a check drive found out they replaced the wrong cable being alternator cable. Waited and waited and again waited 2 months that nothing had been done to replace the opdometer cable. Horrible- if I could I would give them a Zero, had my Motorhome for 3 and 1/2 months did nothing. said they changed the oil that never happen. they lie through their teeth. it should take no more then a week. we were told they only have one driver that could move coaches, they said only the owner can move coaches. that's funny when a 18 year old kid jumps in the drivers seat and drives it away. the police said they have been there many times for the same reason.they where keeping my camper hostage and the line they loved to... read more

If I could give them 0 rating I would. Our cooling unit in our fridge needed to be replaced. Came out within an hour to get our $95.00. Our unit was still under warranty so they had the replacement unit within a week. Six weeks later our fridge is still not fixed. They were told on numerous occasions that we were leaving on March 31. Don't have these people come out. They will charge you $230 just to give you an over inflated quote. I thought they were coming out to do work. They just came out and charged me a call out fee and an hours labor to just send me a ridiculously expensive quote for the repairs. They did not say that was all they were doing when I booked them to come out. Dishonest.

My husband and I were traveling down to Florida from Michigan in our 2015 Fleetwood Bounder and traveling down here we ran into some problems with Refrigerator not cooling. When we arrived in Naples the next day I need someone to come out fix my refrigerator before all of our food went bad. The front office at the campground recommended Rv Doctor to me. RV Doctor is great. I broke down in a Walmart parking lot and googled "RV Repair", they were first to pop up. Called them, spoke with a sweet lady who was able to get me towed to their shop through my Good Sam extended warranty. Once it got there everything went super smooth.
