Love this place rufit is where you need to be if u are planning to loose weight or just simply stay fit the environment here is great rosie who is the trainer is amazing she is always pushing you to go a little more and always makes sure u are doing the exercises correctly I started in April of 2019 and I have loved it ever since we are all lifting sisters ad that's what makes it's so fun and nice to come here

Rosie group classes are 🔥🔥! She offers classes 6 days a week in the morning and evening. I began attending the 7 pm classes since May 2019 and I love my results! Rosie encourages me and has thought me proper form which is essential. I would definitely recommend R U Fit for all levels. It's the best weight training, toning, and cardio class!
Working out with Rosie and the women at this gym 💪🏼 has been exactly what I needed to take my fitness to the next level. RuFit classes are for every level of fitness. You will learn better form, you will be challenged, and encouraged not only by Rosie the trainer but by everyone in the class.
