I was taken back very quickly & Dr Hansen & the staff treated me very kind.
Doctor and his staff were timely, expeditious, cordial, polite, professional, caring, flexible, attentive, and responsive. We covered a lot of ground in a short amount of time, yet I felt listened to and never felt rushed or “a number.” When Dr. Last retired, I was worried that I might not find another doctor who could fill his “big medical shoes.” But I have met with Dr. Hansen a number of times and, in every case, I have been impressed and provided with competent, compassionate, and professional diagnoses and advice.
