Unfortunately my father in law chose Turley roofing for an insurance repair last fall. After Turley received all of the insurance payments, they did not pay for the material used on his house at SPEC roofing supply, so SPEC has put a lien on the house. Our family has tried for months to get Turley to pay the invoice so SPEC can release the lien. Great Communication, great installation and job clean up! All details met! Hard working respectful crew on our roof replacement!
Possibly the worst company I ever dealt with. At first they didn't pay their bill and we almost had a lien put on our house because they didn't pay for materials. After fighting for over a month to straighten that out we now find that they never reconnected the pipes to our heater. When they put the roof on they never reconnected the vent pipes. Meaning poisonous gases were venting into my house for an unknown amount of time. See pictures.
Customer service is outstanding with RTurley Roofing! Randy walked us through the whole process after our roof had major hail damage. He was knowledgeable, and kind. HIGHLY recommend Randy and his team!
