I had my roof replaced about 5 years ago after insurance denied coverage. After 3 or 4 bids that ranged from 25k to 36k i called R Turley and dealt directly with the owner Randy. I got a prompt and very reasonable bid and in a week, after a 2 day installation and clean up, I had a new roof. Fast forward 5 years, i was cleaning out my gutters and noticed that the recent high winds had dislodged a small section of shingles, exposing the barrier underneath. I am so disappointed, you guys put on my new roof eight years ago and everything was great, until today. I requested an inspection on roof damage from recent high wind. And you did come out. You said it was just shingle that have slipped. You said you put it back in place. Nothing to worry about. Well, guess you didn’t think this old lady would climb a ladder to inspect what you did. REALLY!!!! You put a rock in the gutter to hold it in place.!!!!! NOT GOOD!!!!
R Turley is crooked. He does not pay his suppliers, so a month after your roof is installed, you get a lien applied to your home placed by the unpaid supplier! He is so dishonest, as well as supplier DO NOT USE.
R Turley Roofing, Inc. is NOT a BBB Accredited Business and is not associated with the Home Builders Association of Greater Tulsa despite what is posted on their website.
IF I could I wouldn't give any stars. We contracted with them in August 2025, and we paid half of the balance. After much cajoling and messaging we finally got our roof done in November and paid the remaining balance. We received all sorts of excuses. NOW, we have recieved a pre lien notice from one of their wholesalers requesting that we pay Turley's balance owed. This is Jan 21, 2026 and we have to pay this or have Turley pay by Jan 30, 2026.
