Amazing Customer Service
At first I was very happy with this facility, overtime the Doctors and employees nurses staff at the front desk especially have become rude, dismissive and very condescending and not helpful. And the business model is all about how many patients they can get in and out and how much money they can suck from you and your insurance company. Every time I've asked about my free visit for my wellness exam they dismiss me. This will be my husband's last visit. I will find a better more caring position.
He has been our family doctor since the 90’s. Great doctor and staff. Very professional and caring. I’m 73!
