Waynesboro Office: When I was a little girl (many years ago), my mama always told me "If you can’t say anything good about someone, don't say anything at all." I'm saying nothing, (Please don't apologize for my feelings as has been done in the past to others, my feelings are totally justified.)
For 95% of those who are not close to the exact details involved with estate planning…e.g., Wills vs. Trusts, pro’s/Con’s, tax implications, Probate implications…than, this firm may be perfect you. You will get what you research and they will guide you to “their” needs….long term. Do your research. Extremely disappointed with the bias toward one approach to estate planning. They helped me first so when my mom moved in with me I took her to them for a power of attorney and an agreement for my duties to provide care for her. They were amazing! I highly recommend them to anyone and everyone!
Tom and Hannah have been extremely helpful dealing with Dads assisted living, nursing home and other issues. I would definately recommend them.
