I had been without heat for 6 days and last night was the worst. I was frustrated and beyond, with a previous company who had three failed attempts to repair my furnace. Last night dropped down to 21 degrees. I received a referral and R&T Yoder did not disappoint. Had such a great experience!! The tech came on time, was incredibly helpful and clearly really knew his stuff. You can tell they care a lot about doing things the RIGHT way, which is super rare these days! I appreciated learning what was causing my circuit to keep failing, and I was really pleased with their solution. Would HIGHLY recommend for any electrical needs. Huge thanks 🙏
Wonderful company in my opinion. Mr Yutzy did an outstanding job trouble shooting my situation. He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He educates his consumers thoroughly about risks, benefits and other considerations of every option. In the end it is obvious that he just wants the consumer to be very safe and in a comfy environment. In addition to being very knowledgeable he is very nice and friendly as well. I will call them again next time I run into an issue.
We are new customers and could not have been more pleased with the service we received!!! Chase come out and did our estimate and was very professional and pleasant. Micah and Andrew were the electricians that came to our home to complete the work, and they were very courteous, friendly, professional and a pleasure to work with!! Thank you and we will be using your company again for future needs.
I wanted to update my review. Although we had a bit of a rough start with the scheduling issues, the work that Tucker and Trent did amazing work and were so nice and knowledgeable. Thank you so much and I truly appreciate everything.
