I had been without heat for 6 days and last night was the worst. I was frustrated and beyond, with a previous company who had three failed attempts to repair my furnace. Last night dropped down to 21 degrees. I received a referral and R&T Yoder did not disappoint. Wonderful company in my opinion. Mr Yutzy did an outstanding job trouble shooting my situation. He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He educates his consumers thoroughly about risks, benefits and other considerations of every option. In the end it is obvious that he just wants the consumer to be very safe and in a comfy environment. In addition to being very knowledgeable he is very nice and friendly as well. I will call them again next time I run into an issue.
We are new customers and could not have been more pleased with the service we received!!! Chase come out and did our estimate and was very professional and pleasant. Micah and Andrew were the electricians that came to our home to complete the work, and they were very courteous, friendly, professional and a pleasure to work with!! Thank you and we will be using your company again for future needs.
Josh did a great job trouble shooting and finding the source of the problem. He was very considerate, friendly, and professional. He cleaned up any mess and returned the things he had to move to their original places. He answered all my questions, offered to check on another issue that I had, and said that the company would get back to me to schedule a solution to that issue. The price was reasonable as well. I highly recommend R&T Yoder.
Edit/response: The work shown/described was 100% conducted solely by R&T Yoder electric. Nick/Nicholas doesn't work for you company?!!?? You forgot the word "anymore..." he's mentioned throughout your other reviews. And what does that even matter? Yes he came to our house, yes he lied to my face about the service disconnect!! (You guys know this because when you actually did need it turned off at the transformer I HAD TO CALL the power company to make it happen.
