We were extremely disappointed with our experience with Yoder. We were given an appointment window of 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., yet the technician did not arrive until 2:30 p.m. There was no communication about the delay—we had to call the company ourselves just to find out what was happening. When the technician arrived, the visit quickly turned into a sales pitch rather than a service call. Micah and team did a great job on our entire house outlet/light switch replacement/update and our panel box replacement (NW Columbus). Punctual, knowledgeable, competent, polite and great customer service. It was scheduled as a one and a half day job and that is exactly what it took.Yoder is my go-to electrician without a doubt.

Guy that came out to give me an estimate was awesome. Dealing with 'Emily' on the phone, who is AI, was the epitome of a PITA. Tried asking to be connected to a human and got disconnected. 8 times. Paying more for someone else that has actual customer service and human connection.
