I visited a shop today, and the person at the front desk didn't smile and didn't know how to welcome customers. I believe that excellent customer service is essential for success.
UPDATE JUN 27 2025 Adding to my previous review as Google only allows one review per user. I had another fantastic experience today at R/T Tires. My car was taken in as soon as I arrived. Given their knowledge and experience they actually gave me another suggestion that made way more sense. The kicker of it all was that suggestion cut the bill in half. I have an older truck with wire wheels . Took it to a few tire shops that did not want to even touch my truck, they all recommended RT tires . They were able to take me in get my wire wheels off and helped me order the correct spinners . Great crew, great service . Absolute pro show when it comes to custom rims for your “baby” .
