Put the lug nuts on so tight we couldn't get the tire off, even with an impact, to change the breaks. When we called we were asked "What do you want us to do about it?" You are the ones who put them on too tight, what do you think we want you to do? Maybe fix the issue. We will not be going back.
Good people and good prices. We're able to squeeze the van in and replace tires.
They did a awesome job
