They've come out a couple of times to our warehouse to decide if vehicles are in need of going to their yard for repair. I was fine with this until less than 2 weeks ago for the first time I met their "mechanic" in our yard (I travel between two locations)... Who said himself... That he was just sent out "to bang on stuff."
