Cannot thank R T Jewellery enough, their service is exceptional! With their advice I had a wedding ring made to fit my engagement ring perfectly. I hadn’t realised my vintage engagement ring was broken so they arranged the repair and it came back looking like new to match my wedding ring. They even managed to find the perfect ring for my now husband! Can’t beat a personal touch. Thank you both and if we could give 10 stars we would!
I went in here on Saturday to look for a certain chain that I had been looking for and the people in there were so lovely and helpful. They looked at all the chains with me and helped me figure out the best style and length and is now in the process of making one to the perfect length for me. I just want to say thank you so much. You both made my day, you were both so kind and welcoming and I will now never go anywhere else!
I recently had some jewellery valued (for insurance purposes) and cannot commend RT Jewellery any higher; they were very competitive vs. other options but I am mostly impressed with the kind, honest conversation and advice they also provided when discussing whether certain pieces even needed valuations and the details about the pieces themselves.
