Awful, poor quality work carried out at top prices. Visited the property on 3 occasions to carry out rectified and left in a worse state than before. Owner is rude and dismissive of genuine concerns with poor quality work.
I don’t even know where to start! We’ve had endless issues, problems, leaks, everything. The stress this has caused is shocking. Nearly £28,000 we paid for the roof, guttering, re-pointing and some painting but we’ve now got over £8000 worth of damages/ costs to have other PROFESSIONALS in to fix the errors. Professionals have come round and been utterly shocked at the state of areas, such as missing lead work around the chimney flashings leading to leaks through destroying our freshly plastered and decorated rooms.
