R & T has done my paint booth inspection for 4 years. The most recent inspection a couple days ago occurred during the covid-19 lockdown, and R & T would not come out unless I gave a card number beforehand. I told them to not keep it on file, and the dispatcher said she would send me a notice indicating they have discarded my cc info immediately after running the card. From an employment standpoint this company is very unprofessional and it should be addressed that they have fraudulently been approving fire systems for some time. Recently they were in trouble with the fire Marshall because of using an employees certificate number on the tags for inspection when the employee (trainer) was not present. By law they shall be present when tagging systems or fire extinguishers. Also the installation of equipment is not osha approved meaning it’s a very unsafe and can cause life threatening injur... read more

The service was great. On time and explained everything. I don't know much about ducts but my experience based on the service provided was great.
