Trustworthy establishment. Thought i was looking at a bill of around $1600.00 (quote over the phone) When repairs were done the invoice was $350.00. Explained in detail that some of the repairs didn’t need to be done. Very satisfied with the repairs that were performed! ALL my work that I can’t do will definitely be going to RT Automotive in Hepworth!
Excellent Service! Highly recommend going here for any car issues you may have in the area. Woke up with a flat tire and called right at 8 am. Stopped in shortly after and was on my way within 30 minutes. Bonus - it was super affordable.
On the way to Tobermory with our toddler and dog, our car started to make a lot of noise. Pulled into Hepworth and found RT. They were able to take the car right away and found our exhaust had cracked. Half an hour and $50 later, we were back on the road! Cannot recommend them enough!
one of the best customer services we’ve ever received. we were practically stranded almost 3 hours away from home and despite being completely busy they took a look at our car and did everything they could to help us get back on the road by the next day. these guys are seriously reliable and their prices are more than reasonable. thank you from the bottom of our hearts:)
This was my first experience with RT's Automotive and it was OUTSTANDING. First, it took 3 weeks to get an appointment but that is a sign of just how good they are. I took my Chevy Cruze in for an oil change, a brake check, and a travel inspection. Dropped it off the night before, and picked it up around 4pm the next day, as per norms. Everything went great!
