I like the store on the east side, Hampton area better. The ladies make u feel like ur bothering them when asking a question at this location.
I purchase a large quantity of Eufora products from rstafford, but typically go to the Aurora store. Today I stopped into this location to pick up a few things and had a horrible experience. I am currently rehabbing from a serious hip injury and am still on crutches. The staff was not busy, yet they did not even offer to help me. They let me struggle with the door as well as trying to get products up to the checkout counter. As a salon owner I am appalled by the lack of customer service.
