As a long time customer at R-Spa, I truly appreciate the service and the ambiance of this facility.
I am so unbelievably disappointed and disgusted by this establishment. If you are looking for professionalism, care, and compassion, this is not the place for you. My mother-in-law had an appointment for a facial at R Spa, and as most people do, shared some information about her health while speaking with the staff member. I am the person referred to in the recent comments. I am currently experiencing significant pain and now require physiotherapy due to muscle damage caused by the massage during this facial. I feel compelled to speak out because of the way this situation has been handled. This was one of the most negligent and unacceptable experiences I have ever had at a spa. We booked a simple facial, yet without any proper consent or clear explanation, they proceeded to include a back and leg massage. The leg massage was performed improperly and recklessly. Shortly after we got home, my mother experienced severe pain and significant swelling in her leg, to the point that she had to go to the hospital.
