I had two great services here. I’ve had the clarifying facial with Nicky and the hydrafacial with Jill, both ladies were friendly and did an excellent job. The front desk staff is also very welcoming and helpful. Thank you!
I went in on Saturday May 10, 2025 for a full body wax. Full arms, full legs, Brazilian and underarms. I have bruising from the Brazilian and on my arms from the bad job done. There are hairs everywhere. The job was done poorly. I don’t know if the lady was new to waxing but I have had a Brazilian before and it was not like this at all. I know the pain but it seemed like she doesn’t know how to do waxing. Left hair everywhere and did not do the anal part at all. Very disappointed.
