Very bad experience. If you have a small project don’t do it with them- or at least show them an exact picture of what you want before they proceed. The job they did was very rushed, unfinished and unpolished. I spoke with different people in the industry and all of them agreed it was a very bad job. Only two days after, the concrete started to crack. They didn’t have the intention to make it look better and polished afterwards. Lack of professionalism. Lesson learned
Ed is not only fair with his pricing, but does the most amazing work! I thought I could only afford something basic for my backyard. Prior to the patio my backyard was all sand and we couldn’t fix it. It was a total mess and we could not use. Now I have this big beautiful paver patio with seating and I could cry with how happy I am with their work. They are very professional, kind and get the job done quick. I Received many quotes, but I’m extremely happy that I went with Russo Pavers! I highly recommend them.
Had our paver patio installed today, this company did an outstanding job. They were quick, efficient, easy to work with and my paver patio is beautiful! Definitely will be having more work done by them in the future! Truly cannot recommend them enough. Steve has been wonderful to work with and has gone above and beyond throughout the entire process. If you are looking for paver work, for a company that shows up on time everyday, communicates effectively, CARES about their work, and are unbelievably efficient you HAVE to get a quote from R souza pavers !
