I purchased a Bak Flip cover from R&S for my 2023 Ridgeline when I purchased the truck new. Last month I traded it in and now have a 2026 Ridgeline. I went in and spoke to them about having it installed on the 2026. I was quoted a price of $85-$100. I had already taken the cover off the 2023. All they had to do was put it on the 2026. Today, 1-21-26, I called them to check on the price and to arrange for the install. The guy quoted a price of $200 !!! Needless to say they have lost a customer.
Ok, here is my story.. I bought from the Amazon running boards for my wife's jeep. My plans were to install these myself, but after seeing the box these running boards came in I realized I'm just a 'poor, sick, little old man' and my crawling under a car days are over :( I did my research and made the decision to use R&S for the install. I am very happy that I went with R&S to install my tauneu cover. I was pressed for time to get the installation done and they were very helpful. Everyone was cheerful and a pleasure to deal with. They explained how my cover works and registerd the cover to the manufacturer. I highly recommend using R&S Truck Caps.
