I purchased a cap for my 2022 Dodge Ram. When I first received my cap there were paint imperfections. The cap was sent back and the paint was corrected. Shortly after getting the cap back, it began to leak at the center of the door. I can't tell if it is the brake light, the seal on the door, but it leaks enough that it causes problems with carrying luggage. It was sent back to A.R.E.. When I got it back, it still leaked. After sending in all the part,model and serial numbers, paying $880 for a rear cap window, taking it to FL. where the truck is at, providing no lock for the door and waiting 3 weeks for it to arrive, R&S sent the wrong size window. Due to a government contract we needed a secure cargo area and decided to make it work. The fact that R&S is the middle man and have no In-house process to confirm their parts and protect the customer is unacceptable. The days of mastering your trade are over. Thanks R&S.

I purchased the truck cap & bundled the purchase within my truck loan through Premier GMC in Rittman, Ohio. I gave this same review in 2023, and now it doesn’t appear on their reviews. I was surprised to see their rating so high, and upon further review, I did not find my previous review. I met Sherry, in person, and even gave her a demonstration of how the rear door was impossible to close unless you were 9’ tall!
