Gurbux.very helpful recovered from m40
Attended one of my engineers stuck on the M40...Gurbux the recovery guy was really professional and very pleasant with some great banter.
Gurbux was our snow machine recovery driver to Brighton He was excellent in his appearance and attitude He must be a asset to R S RECOVERY Would recommend to everyone
My van broke down on the hard shoulder of the A1 when I was over 2 and a half hours away from home. Gurbux came to my rescue! He was on his home and there was no one else close who could recover me. Despite this adding an additional 3 or 4 hours to his day, he happy agreed to help to get me home. Gurbux needed a break and we was going past his house, we parked up and 2 minutes later he came out with a plate of curry, a naan and coffee. It was such a kind gesture! Very unprofessional guys on reception. Manager is very rude and unhelpful. You pay them for a service and they show you attitude. He doesn’t deserve to be a manger. He didn’t give his real name but I guess it’s Berry muir or something but this guy is misusing his position.
