Cannot thank the recovery driver Dan enough! After aquaplaning my car into the central reservation with my 3 year old in the back, I called RS to recover me. It is a 4 wheel drive electric vehicle and Dan turned up and knew exactly what to do. He was calm, professional and kind. He even bought my 3 year old son a chocolate milkshake on the way to collect us to keep him happy. Cannot say thanks enough to Dan. Would definitely recommend.

Many thanks to Dan for bringing my partner and young son back safely after an accident on the motorway. He was friendly and efficient and helped unload our belongings from the car. Really nice helpful man, thanks again! :)

I broke down in Norwich today while in my work van and contacted RS Recoverys. Their first priority was ensuring I was parked safely and out of danger. Gurbux, the driver who assisted me, was professional, friendly, and went above and beyond—offering food and drink and making the experience much more pleasant. A true asset to RS Recoverys. 10/10 service Highly recommend

Excellent service, contacted the company gave breakdown details, told it would be approx 90 minutes. Later a phone call was received from Gurbux, saying when he would be with us, true to his word he arrived within time. Soon got the camper on the vehicle explaining each stage of what he was doing, we had been told by the campsite if the grass was damaged that it would be at our expense, Luckily Gurbux expertise prevented the grass from being too damaged.
