Horrible experience with R & S Pools. Came out to inspect our hot tub. No indication whatsoever what the service call would be? No indication of what the hourly rate is? They sent us a Bill in the mail and charged Us for parts they put in. Very poor communication with the customer. When brought to their attention, the reply was “ this is the way it’s been done for 30 years”!! I would NOT RECOMMEND this company to anyone.. Go with Warehouse Guys. Hands down the best place to get all your pool needs. The staff are extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Special shotout of Travis, Neil and Pedro for fixing my pool pump, they are so kind and patient going above and beyond. Highy recommend
