The process of purchasing the home was flawless. However once we were in the home not so much. We struggled to get subcontractors to come back on warranty issues. The office was combative every time we had a problem. The punch list guy not knowing I had worked in construction tried to BS me several times. I was not pleased. Advise....make plenty of notes and be persistent. If it doesnt seem right keep pressing the issue.
Ridiculous selling platform. Beware of the upgrades. They will cost far more than the house.
