Excellent service. I had to move some furniture at short notice and Lee moved things around and went above and beyond to help me only for me to cancel at the last minute due to the furniture being already moved. He was very understanding and patient with me. This is a very friendly professional business that always goes out of there way to help people with vehicle repairs and vehicle hire at very very reasonable prices. A professional service Malvern can be proud of.
Great service
First contact RSW Ltd on 24/07/25 & spoke with Lee to arrange a rental car, nothing available until Tuesday 29/07/25 & picked up the car for one full month. The car was very reliable & economical to run. Returned the vehicle on Friday 29/08/25 & I found Lee to be upfront, honest & professional. Rental fee for the entire month was very reasonable. The following day 30/08/25 returned to Australia after visiting my parents in Upton Upon Severn.
I was recommended to use this garage for servicing my lease van. Customer service was brilliant. They accommodated me needing my vehicle back by a certain time. Will use again 100%
