The people I've chatted with have all been responisve and helpful, but it took nearly 4 weeks to get a window and wing mirror replaced after they had my car (a Honda Fit). Then, when I finally got my vehicle back after nearly a month (with no courtesy car for any part), it turns out they hadn't actually reconnected the electrical adjustment of the wing mirror.
