The people I've chatted with have all been responisve and helpful, but it took nearly 4 weeks to get a window and wing mirror replaced after they had my car (a Honda Fit). Then, when I finally got my vehicle back after nearly a month (with no courtesy car for any part), it turns out they hadn't actually reconnected the electrical adjustment of the wing mirror. I’ve recently had my car repaired by R S Lane (Te Aro branch) – R S Lane overall almost dropped the ball with the repair arrangements, as I had booked my car in on the basis that I could pick it up after four days (on the Thursday evening), however we extended by agreement to the Friday evening because they’d had staff sickness, etc with the repair team (I hadn’t realised when you drop your car off at R S Lane in Te Aro, it’s trucked out to Petone for repairs).
