Mike has just installed a new split system in my home and I am so impressed with the attention to detail and professionalism that Mike has demonstrated, from the clear communication prior to and throughout the progress of the works, cleaning up and even placing protection on my flooring ensuring no debris was left from the works. I cannot recommend Michael of R & S Hamilton highly enough. He replaced my ducted heating system in June. He was very informatve when I set out my requirements and came up with excellant options I am very happy with. Access was not great at my address, which posed a few problems, but Mike did a amazing job of installing new heater and went above and beyond logistical issues with no extra charge.
