I don't know what the deal is with the two reviews below mine, but they clearly didn't meet the same Ron that I met. I highly doubt they even know what a forklift is, let alone have a need to repair one. Ron is extremely knowledgeable and personable. He fixed our old and busted forklift up quickly and for a great price. He's looking to retire soon so my review is really pretty pointless, but anybody who gives him a bad review should have their head checked.
