I still stand by this! R&S #3! They have fun and unique gift selections! I love to window shop, and they are always helpful and friendly! R&S #3 has such nice and neat gift ideas, in all price ranges. And, I have yet to come across an employee that wasn't friendly and helpful. Plus, I love that they have an USPS inside of the store.
