I’ve been a patient of Ashley LaFlamme Crane for several years. I’ve been loyal, respectful and most of all understanding, while showing patience in times of medical crisis etc. Sadly, the office doesn’t shine as others have shared, my experience was contradictory to a few in review. I have been with Dr Singh since 2002 when I ended up in the ER with congestive heart failure. Through all these years I have had the best care anyone could ask for. Dr Singh is very compassionate and always current with new medical information. He takes the time to listen, and to explain things in understandable terms. Something is going sideways at an otherwise great and efficient practice. Dr. Singh and NP Crane helped me through gout, acid reflux, COVID and even checked in on me while I took the antibiotics. Things were good. Very grateful. But it's been about 16 months since my last visit, and the office manager called today and asked, for the first time, for a large sum of money for missed appointments and uninsured visits. Dr Singh was covering for my doctor. I waited 6 hours for a return phone call for the receptionist to basically tell me I'm not a regular patient so they aren't going to work with me and my schedule. I sat around for 6 hrs. Now my son's getting home soon. I'm sorry but if you can't provide the same care to everyone don't cover for another doctor. Her tone and remarks completely made me have absolutely no faith in this doctor and how I would be cared for. And personally after how she spoke to me, why would I want to go their ... read more
