They were able to do just what we want and matched the finish on our discontinued cabinets. Friendly and very helpful.
Multiple calls, an in-person meeting, not once did they ever call me back or send me the promised quotes. This was a 2 month process and I’m a construction professional. I can’t imagine how horrible they treat those unfamiliar with the process.
I just wanted to look at their website so I could see what they have to offer. Instead, they demanded that I download a program first. NO! WHY do you have to make looking at and purchasing a new kitchen, or bath SO difficult???? This isn't rocket science! You guys need to test drive your website so you can see what it's like to be a customer and see how difficult and aggrivating it is to TRY to do business with a company like yours.
I came in over two months ago to get an estimate for kitchen cabinets. I was told someone would get back to me after taking down all my information and looking over my plans. Since never hearing back from anyone at R&S I have since gotten cabinets custom made from someone. Pretty sure they were half the price R&S would have been but I guess I'll never know! Not a good way to do business!!
